Below you will find important information about our delivery policy:

Shipping orders to Romania
Most of our orders are delivered via a logistics platform. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Bucharest within one working day (D+1) from the date of the order. For the delivery of orders, we work with the transport provider Sameday, which delivers in Romania within 24 working hours.

Special editions, pre-orders and personalised products
For our special edition collections, pre-orders and personalised products, please note that availability may vary. If the product is in stock, it will be dispatched in accordance with our usual policy, however, if the product is not in stock at the time you place your order, please check the product page to check the estimated delivery time, which may be 1-2 weeks.

Delivery confirmation and communication
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an ETA that you can use to track the status of the shipment, and you will receive an SMS from Sameday on the morning of delivery to let you know that your parcel is on its way.
